STEP 3

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTOS

  1. Click the link from your email to download your .zip folder. This file contains the original photos from the shoot, as well as the edited choices that you will use for printing.

*This link will expire in approximately 30 days*

  2. Locate the downloaded file on your computer.
  3. Unzip the file (instructions below) to a preferred location. You should now be able to view the original and edited photos.
  4. Keep an additional copy of the folder on your computer, a portable hard drive, thumb drive, or CD as backup

To decompress a file or folder:

•To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it.

•To decompress a zipped file on a PC, drag the .zip attachment to the desktop. Once the file is on the desktop, you can double- or right-click to open it.

  • Double-click the zipped file to see its contents. When prompted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All. When you click Extract All, the files are unzipped in the same location as the original file unless you specify a different one in the Select a Destination window.
  • Right-click the zipped file and select Extract All. By default, files are extracted to the location as the original zipped file. Use the Select a Destination window to save the files somewhere else.

If you would like an acting or modeling profile featured on the Seattle Artists Agency website, the guidelines below will help you through the submission process.

Talent (All Ages):

Fashion and Commercial Models:

As mentioned above, all Seattle Artist Agency profile images must be professionally shot and are subject to approval.

Profiles are published within 72 hours of submission if they meet our guidelines.

STEP 3: PRINT YOUR PHOTOS

Note: This step is optional. Since most, if not all, of our monthly auditions and castings are now done virtually there is not necessarily a need to print your photos. There are exceptions to this if you are attending any in person castings or if you are attending IMTA. This step can also be done at a future date.

When you are ready to print, please follow these instructions:

  1. Download the order form HERE and release form HERE. Please print and complete the order form prior to ordering. The release form is not necessary if using our printer but may be required if you print elsewhere.
  2. Visit http://accessgroupmedia.com/upload/ and enter your name and contact information. In the message section type that you are with Seattle Talent and if you have any special instructions such as “Rush”, “IMTA”, etc...
  3. Upload your order form to the section “Order form from agency”.
  4. Upload your photos to the appropriate file locations.
    • For headshots pick only one photo if multiple were chosen for you.
    • For composite cards choose “Front of Card” and “Back A-B-C-D” depending on how many photos were chosen you.

*If there are not enough locations to upload each of your images, please 'zip' the photos for the back of the composite card into one file, and upload that file.*

  5. You will be contacted directly by Access Group Media if there are any questions or concerns.
  6. Next you will receive an email from AGM with your proof(s). This is usually completed within one week.
  7. Once you approve the proof it will go into production and you can expect the finished product delivered to you within 1-2 weeks.

There is an option to have them print your resume on the back of your headshots. This is optional and does come with an additional fee. We recommend skipping this step (unless you are already an established actor) and either printing and stapling your resume on the back of a few at a time OR taking them to a local Copy House that can print on the back a few at a time.
