Details:

• This is a paid booking
• You MUST BE legal to work in the US. You will be filling out payroll paperwork on set that includes an I-9. You will need to have two forms of ID (or a passport) to show to production, to be able to fill out this paperwork and work on set. You will also need to know your Social Security number.

USE THIS I-9 Form as a guide (see link below). Listed on page 5 is the list of acceptable documents you will need.

• In order to receive payment, YOU MUST use Seattle Talent’s address on your payroll voucher on set (509 Olive Way, Suite 303, Seattle, WA 98101)
• You MUST be available for the Film Shoot in Western WA 8/28/17-8/30/17 (dates listed above; location TBD)
